Law firm clients online interface
Cost-efficient and fast communication
Goal of this project was to enable the law firm to communicate the latest updates and changes in cases to their clients in a faster and more cost-efficient way via their website.
Actions and results
The projects requirements were gathered via several interview sessions. Using wire frames and walk-throughs iteratively, the functionality of front- and back-end of the website was specified. Adapting to the existing visual design, I carried out the web application programming (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML). It enables the client's staff to communicate and maintain the latest updates to the law firms clients through a secured web-interface.
As a result, the law firm successfully uses the interface in production mode since summer 2004.
